Which methods of payment do you accept in your shop?

We accept payment via PayPal, and debit and credit cards.

Do you ship worldwide?

Not at the moment, sorry. We currently only ship UK.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs start from £3.95 are calculated at payment based on the size and quantity of pictures purchased.

How soon will you send my order?

Within 2-4 days of purchase.

What do I do if my item doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order (damaged in transit, missing parcel etc.) please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to deal with the situation quickly, either by issuing a refund or exchange. We package all orders very carefully to ensure that they arrive safely and in perfect condition. We have sent lots of packages over the past few years with no incidents of damaged or lost items. We hope that this eases any concerns you may have.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! When placing your order, include the recipients address in the shipping details. If you wish to include a gift note with your purchase, please contact us via email (hello@celticseaglass.co.uk) or through our Facebook page.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Not at the moment, sorry.

Can I commission you to create some art especially for me?

We accept a limited number of commissions each year. Please get in touch via our web form or social media accounts and we will be in touch.

What exactly is sea glass?

Sea glass is smooth, frosted, beautiful pieces of glass that are found on the beaches beside oceans and seas. They are formed from man-made glass products and are polished and refined by the waves and currents of oceans, as well as a few other natural phenomena.
