Celtic Sea Glass

Our journey began along the shoreline of South Queensferry, Edinburgh, back in February 2020.

Scattered along the shoreline, Erica (founder of Celtic Sea Glass) saw sea glass littering and gleaming in the sun. These pieces of glass were once of value and had purpose, but now having been carelessly thrown into the sea, what was once whole, was now broken in pieces, worthless and no longer fit for purpose. 

“What a reflection of what God does for us in our own lives” she thought to herself!

God is in the business of transforming the broken into new creations. 

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” 
2 Corinthians 5:17

We all are broken. Yet we are never too broken for restoration and transformation. It is only through the waves of trials we face through every season, that God refines us and makes us more Christ-like and fit for a new purpose.

With a joyful heart and giving all glory to God, this is what we do through Celtic Sea Glass.
